Daly Leads Cougars to 6-3 Win Over Knights
Fort Worth and New York duked it out and the Cougars came out victorious.

With designated hitter Adam Daly leading the charge, the Fort Worth Cougars defeated the New York Knights, 6-3, at Bronx Municipal Park. Daly, who is a two-time All-Star, belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The last-place Knights have lost 4 consecutive games.

Fort Worth took a 6-3 lead on Daly's 30th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which he hit off Jorge Rivera in the top of the eighth, propelled Fort Worth to the win.

"There's a lot of passion in our clubhouse," said Daly. "When we put it together we're a great ball club."
