Marrero Hurt, Listed DTD by Calrissian Friday, August 25th , 2051 Víctor Marrero, Calrissian standout third baseman, will be sidelined for a while due to a mild abdominal strain. He was injured while running the bases in yesterday's game against the Browns. Marrero called it "a day-to-day thing" and said he hoped to be back in action soon. For the season Marrero is currently batting .270 with 34 home runs and 70 RBIs. In 124 games he has reached base at a .353 rate and scored 68 runs to date. |
