Buffy Gone for Season in St. Louis Wednesday, September 20th , 2051
The St. Louis Browns were dealt a blow today when right fielder Hamilton Buffy left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Buffy has suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury.
Buffy is hitting .235 this year with 26 home runs and 63 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .303, 37 walks and scored 64 times.
