He socked 4 hits in today's 7-6 triumph over Manchester at The Beach Cooler at South Beach. "25 games is a big chunk of the year, isn't it?" Rivers said to reporters. "It's hard to wrap your head around." Vic Rivers singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Rob Stanley in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 9th. Currently Rivers is batting .351 with 38 home runs, 143 RBIs and 118 runs scored. |
