St. Louis Captures Fire Division Crown Sunday, September 24th , 2051 The St. Louis Browns are champions of the Fire Division, but don't plan the parade quite yet. "It's a nice accomplishment, but we haven't done anything until we win the World Series," said catcher Luis Miguel MartÃnez. "We're going to celebrate this for sure, but the real celebration is still to come for fans in St. Louis." The club's record currently sits at 97-57. It is the team's 8th division title and they will be seeking the franchise's 1st Baseball Stars Association championship. Team manager José Mora said he plans to take some time to celebrate the division title, but then it's "back to work" for members of the team and coaching staff. |
