Yonkers Rookie Biggest Vote-Getter in BSA Sunday, October 1st , 2051 Pedro Yan is turning heads by putting up some spectacular numbers and today he collected the Baseball Stars Association Rookie of the Month Award. The 26-year-old Yonkers starting pitcher threw 37.2 innings in September, registering a 4-1 record, 2.87 ERA, 36 strikeouts and 7 walks. In 33 starts this season Yan has fashioned a 12-8 record and a 3.74 ERA. |
