Wilmington Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, August 4th , 2051 Any hopes of a playoff berth for the Wilmington Rebels this season were already a long shot at best. But even the longshot hopes are now gone, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Wilmington last appeared in the postseason in 2044. This is their 7th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 7 times in their 13-year history. Wilmington has won the Round 2 6 times in their history. |
