Great Day for Bradshaw -- 5 Hits
Friday, June 2nd , 2051
Pat Bradshaw knows as well as anyone that in baseball, the biggest contracts go to the biggest hitters. At Jewel/Oscp Stadium today, he made his case to be considered among that group.

The 22-year-old second baseman hammered 5 hits in 7 chances, though the remarkable effort came even as his Evanston Elitists fell, 11-9, to the Corpus Christi Hooks.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," Hooks manager Ricardo QuiƱonez told BNN sportswriters after the game. "Thankfully, we were able to do enough elsewhere that Bradshaw wasn't the difference."

Pat Bradshaw was hit by a pitch in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, grounded out in the 7th, singled in the 9th, doubled in the 10th, flied out in the 13th and doubled in the 15th.

In his season totals, Bradshaw has 4 home runs, .243 BA, .333 OBP, 12 RBIs and 20 runs scored. He has played in 53 games.
