Hernández Gets Award for Relief Work Tuesday, October 3rd , 2051 Domingo Hernández said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 21 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the El Paso Diablos rising star has won the Jeff Cole League Reliever of the Year Award for 2051. He captured the award on the strength of his 2.89 ERA over 43.2 innings. He also had 13 saves in 45 relief appearances, 45 strikeouts and only 22 walks. He received 18 first place votes out of a possible 28.
