Espinoza Sizzles -- Smokes Archdukes for 5 Hits Tuesday, June 1st , 2055 It was a parade of hits for Júlio Espinoza of the Mexico City Cerveceros at The Lair in Charlotte. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Espinoza finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Cerveceros to a win, 14-0. "Espinoza was really good and we were really bad," groaned Archdukes manager David Moran. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him." Júlio Espinoza singled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and doubled in the 9th.
