Virginia Beach's Cruz Will Miss Season Sunday, August 8th , 2055 The Virginia Beach Marlins were dealt a blow today when reliever Gabriel Cruz left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Cruz has suffered a torn labrum and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. Cruz's record this season is 1-and-1 with no saves and a 7.73 ERA. He has given up 92 hits in 66.1 innings with 39 strikeouts. |
