NL Player of the Week Goes to Moorhouse of Frisco Monday, August 16th , 2055 Clarence Moorhouse is respected by most Frisco Rough Riders fans for his no-frills style of play. The 25-year-old first baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the National League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .560 average (14-for-25) with 4 home runs, 14 RBIs and 11 runs scored. Moorhouse is batting .361 this season in 123 games with 50 home runs, 125 RBIs and 109 runs scored. He has 144 hits in 399 at-bats. |
