Ryan Fisher Sidelined for Season Monday, April 26th , 2055 Ryan Fisher will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Texas starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Fisher was injured while throwing a pitch in the Longhorns-Bearcats clash at UFCU Disch-Falk Field recently. Doctors said he has a ruptured disc and would be out a minimum of 9 months. In 6 starts this season, Fisher has gathered 1 win while suffering 3 losses. He has pitched 22.2 innings, allowed 27 hits, struck out 32 and has a 7.15 ERA. |
