Adam Carter Hurt, Will Miss Rest of Year Monday, April 5th , 2055 The doctors have spoken and Adam Carter of the Seton Hall Pirates didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Carter sustained his season-ending injury during the Colorado Buffaloes game yesterday at Buffaloes Ballpark. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Seton Hall medical staff reported Carter had shoulder inflammation and would be absent from the lineup for at least 7-8 months. |
