The Maui Wave wiggled past the Irvine Gang Green, 2-1, at The Ballpark at Irvine. The win was highlighted by the performance of Maui pitcher Nathan Dailey. James Horton earned the save, his 3rd. Maui has a mark of 4-0 after the win.

Bob Gregory came through with a big-time hit for Maui. The left fielder smacked a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to give his team the lead, 2-1. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"That was fun, that was just good baseball," said Dailey.
