Browns third baseman Ralph Gary left his imprint on his team's 13-0 win over the Sausalito Meatballs. Gary hit 3 home runs. He drove in 7 runs and scored three times for St. Louis in the contest. Denny Tomas, the winner, is now 3-3. He struck out 3 and walked 2 over 6.1 innings, while allowing no runs on 2 hits. The Meatballs, at 16-19, have lost 5 straight games.
