The Maui Wave bested the Boston Rebels, 5-2, at Rebels Park. Yifu Tsui was one of the standouts. He was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs. Louie Vroom earned the save for Maui, his 4th of the year. Maui now has a record of 34-25 with the win.

Homer Laslett, who is tied for 10th in the BSA in extra base hits with 32, aided the Maui cause with a run-scoring triple in the top of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop went 1-3 with a triple and a walk.

"It feels good to get this one," Laslett told the Maui Chronicle.
