The Yonkers Yetis put together a convincing win at Bronx Municipal Park, defeating the New York Knights, 12-0. Alfonso Reyna was one of the hitting stars. He was 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for Yonkers. Yonkers pitcher Dan Olson got the win, upping his record to 7-3. Theron Koch got the loss. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Yonkers.

Yonkers used the bat of Eduardo Ángel to capture the win. The right fielder jacked a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Yetis ahead, 2-0. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a dandy.

"The Yetis definitely had our number," said New York manager Ulric Duval.
