Houston Second Baseman Hurt Saturday, May 19th, 2035 When Fernando Gálvez was hurt against the New York Knights, the Houston Eagles were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 29-year-old second baseman suffered a ruptured finger tendon making a defensive play in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Gálvez would miss 4 months of the season. For the year Gálvez is batting .265 with 3 home runs, 13 RBIs and 14 runs scored. |
