Hines Hurt, Listed Day-to-Day Friday, June 14th , 2047 Duncan Hines, the talented Houston star, suffered a bruised foot yesterday in the game with the Hotspur, which could keep him out of today's lineup. "I'm a bit banged up," said the 32-year-old catcher, "but we won't know until game time if I can play or not." Hines got hurt while being hit by a pitch. The team doctor said he could be out up to 1-2 weeks. This season Hines is batting at a .226 clip with 8 home runs and 21 RBIs. |
