Orozco Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Tuesday, May 19th , 2043 The Springfield Stars stopped the Jersey Shore D-Bags today 11-8 and Lorenzo Orozco collected a base hit yet again. The Springfield center fielder finished with 1 hit to run his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20. "I want to get a hit every time up," a visibly excited Orozco told reporters after the contest. "I want to get a hit every game I play. Right now, I feel like I could take this streak to 100 games." Lorenzo Orozco struck out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, struck out in the 6th, singled in the 9th, flied out in the 11th and grounded out in the 12th.
