Kindersley Rocks Pandas for 3 HRs Wednesday, June 8th, 2039 It was a good day for the New Orleans Looters and an exceptional one for Wayne Kindersley. The 26-year-old first baseman sent three bombs out of the park to help the Looters beat the Montana Pandas 13-3 at Su Lin Memorial Park. "When you're in the zone, the game really slows down," Kindersley said when asked about his performance later. "I couldn't even tell you what pitches were thrown. Today feels great, but it is a long season and tomorrow is another day." For the day, he scored 4 times, drove in 4 runs and smacked 3 hits in 3 at-bats. Wayne Kindersley hit a solo-shot off Paolo Torrigiano in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Paolo Torrigiano in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, walked in the 6th, walked in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off José Calderón in the 9th. This season Kindersley has hit at a .326 clip and produced 46 RBI, 17 home runs and 48 runs. |
