Hernández Shines in Winning 2050 Baseball Stars Association HR Challenge

Fans at The Throne Room were treated to quite a show at this year's Home Run Challenge. Taking home the hardware was Víctor Hernández. The Kansas City Kings center fielder subdued Kevin Reeves in the final round by a score of 11-8.
"I was glad to be part of this event," said Hernández as he hoisted the championship trophy. "Even happier to win it."
Lifetime Hernández has played in 1604 games with a .318 batting average. Among his 1983 hits are 287 doubles, 71 triples and 320 home runs. He has also scored 1383 runs and driven in 1056 runs.
