More Woes For Hawks Norman Gallardo Saturday, August 7th, 2038 The San Jose Hawks announced today that Norman Gallardo would be missing for longer than expected as the 25-year-old right fielder recovers from a strained biceps. "Norman had been working out with the team recently, but felt some discomfort yesterday," the Hawks GM explained to the press. "After re-examining the injury, the team's medical staff decided that Gallardo would need extra time to heal. Their estimate is 2 weeks more recovery time." Gallardo's current batting average stands at .304 and he has chalked up 7 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
