Houston's Broderick Out 3-4 Weeks Sunday, July 16th , 2045 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Eagles when after today's game against the Gang Green, the club found out they would be without the services of Paul Broderick for at least 3-4 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Broderick was injured earlier today running the bases and suffered a strained calf muscle. In his season totals Broderick has 12 home runs and a .284 batting average. |
