San Jose-Yonkers Trade: Guerrero for Martínez Monday, July 25th, 2039 The Hawks and Yetis have been engaged in a little wheeling and dealing. They have just concluded a trade with 23-year-old SS Rubén Guerrero going to Yonkers in exchange for 17-year-old minor league LHP Iván Martínez. San Jose will retain a portion of Guerrero's remaining contract. On the season, Guerrero is batting .243 with 2 home runs and 7 RBIs. He has played in 28 games. |
