Harris Ups Hit Streak to 25 Consecutive Games
Friday, September 13th, 2041
Stan Harris continued his streak at The Ballpark at Sloss Furnace today, even as the ballgame did not go his way. The Kansas City first baseman was 2-for-4 in today's contest and now has hit safely in his last 25 games. The Kings were not as fortunate, losing 6-4 to the Yonkers Yetis.

"Harris was hitting everything we threw at him," said Yonkers manager Wilson Pérez. "He is a tough out. Fortunately, things went our way in the ballgame today and we came away with a win."
Stan Harris flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a sac fly in the 4th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th.

Harris's current batting average stands at .374 and he has chalked up 56 home runs and 158 RBIs.
