Peña Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits Wednesday, September 26th , 2046 D-Bags center fielder Miguel Peña had his way with St. Charles pitching today at Ballpark at the Shore and mauled them for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Sheens ruined his great day by toppling the D-Bags, 7-6. "I had a great day, but you've got to give St. Charles credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Peña did today," Sheens skipper Matthias Maccioni said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." Miguel Peña tripled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, flied out in the 7th, singled in the 9th and singled in the 11th.
