Doobies Dominate, Sweep Divisional Round Friday, October 12th, 2035 The Denver Doobies proved to be too much to handle for the Irvine Gang Green in the Divisional Round, and a sweep was the end result. Denver punched its ticket to the League Championship on the strength of a 7-1 win in the deciding game, which wrapped up the series 4-0. Denver first baseman Jeff Daniels, named series MVP, was instrumental in the sweep, as he mashed Irvine pitching to the tune of a .533 average, with a .562 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Denver Doobies don't know who they will face in the next round.
