Those were the comments heard after the Montana Pandas came to an agreement to deal 24-year-old 1B Alec Bowers, 22-year-old minor league RHP Zak Cox, 21-year-old minor league RHP Jaime Hoskins and 23-year-old minor league 2B Dan Martínez to the St Charles Sheens for 23-year-old 2B William Moody, 24-year-old minor league LF Xavier Stout and 24-year-old RHP Christian Caine earlier today. The deal is expected to be formally announced later this evening. Bowers has a career .355 batting average with a .399 OBP. He has hit 53 homers, driven in 157 runs and scored 110 runs since he came into the league. |
