Great Week for New Orleans's Bryan Boggs Monday, May 6th, 2041 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the National League, but last week Bryan Boggs of the New Orleans Looters reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Boggs rocked opposing pitching for a .536 average (15-for-28), 2 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Boggs is hitting .345 with 11 home runs and 27 RBIs in 31 games played. He also boasts an OBP of .400 with 11 walks and 24 runs scored. |
