Accuro Hits in 25 Straight Games Thursday, May 4th , 2051 Héctor Accuro, center fielder for the Greenville 84's, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games with 2 hits in his club's 5-1 victory today over the St. Charles Sheens at Crown Royal Stadium today. "Not the outcome we wanted," St. Charles manager Bill Wilson said. "There's never a good time to lose, and it's never fun to be on the wrong end of somebody else's accomplishment." Héctor Accuro grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
