The Santo Domingo right fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .400 batting average. For his efforts Castillo collected the International League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 30 at-bats, 4 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 7 games. So far this season Castillo has hit .356 with 23 home runs, 74 RBIs and scored 69 times. |
