Playoffs? No Chance for Spokane Monday, August 11th, 2042 Any hopes of a playoff berth for the Spokane Trappers this season were already a long shot at best. But even the longshot hopes are now gone, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. Spokane last appeared in the postseason in 2040. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 35-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Trappers have missed the playoffs 7 times. Spokane last won the Reserves Championship in 2016. |
