Eaddy Takes Charge, Blanks Mile High, 3-0 Saturday, July 18th , 2043 It wasn't easy but Alvin Eaddy made it look that way. Eaddy silenced the Mile High Broncos, 3-0, in a Santa Monica Bruins triumph at Jackie Robinson Stadium today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Eaddy said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 6 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
