PCL Player of the Week Goes to Hoalohalani of Houston Monday, August 20th , 2046 Kapuaula Hoalohalani burst onto the Pacific Coast League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie right fielder for Houston garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 22-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .409 (9-for-22) with 5 home runs and 7 RBIs last week. So far this season Hoalohalani has put up a .255 batting average with 122 hits, 40 home runs and 74 RBIs. |
