August's Premier Batter Announced Wednesday, September 1st, 2038 New England Whalers fans believe they've got a talented young star in Isaac Nelson. He did nothing to dissuade that notion in August, as he hit .427 with 6 home runs, 31 RBIs and 29 runs scored. The end result was the left fielder being named the International League Batter of the Month. This year Nelson has hit at a .419 pace and produced 44 RBIs, 9 home runs and scored 41 runs. |
