Hawkins Collects ITL Pitching Award Monday, September 1st, 2042 Logan Hawkins was the anchor in the Detroit bullpen last month and snatched up the International League Pitcher of the Month honors for August. The 29-year-old is in the prime of his career and pitching like he intends to stay around baseball for quite some time to come. He threw 36.2 innings over no relief appearances and collected a 5-1 record with 19 strikeouts and no saves while etching his 2.45 ERA. This year Hawkins has notched no saves. He has 86 strikeouts and 49 walks in 146.2 innings while registering a 5.52 ERA and a 11-10 won-lost record. |
