Injury Sidelines Daniel López for Season Monday, June 16th, 2042 Daniel López will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the New England reliever could miss the remainder of the year. López was injured while throwing a pitch in the Whalers-Hounds clash at Bulldog Stadium recently. Doctors said he has a damaged elbow ligament and would be out a minimum of 13-14 months. Taking a look at his season stats for 2042, López has made 8 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 1-1 won-lost mark with a 2.25 ERA. In pitching 12 innings, he has totaled 14 strikeouts and 7 walks. |
