PCL Names Top Player of the Week Monday, June 8th, 2037 At the age of 29, Roku Saito might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Mile High first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .481 batting average. For his efforts Saito collected the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 13 hits in 27 at-bats, 4 home runs and 17 RBIs last week in 7 games. Saito is hitting .283 this year with 8 home runs and 47 RBIs. He also has an OBP of .409, 35 walks and scored 37 times. |
