Larry Johnston Injured, Out for Year Friday, June 29th, 2035 The Knoxville Johnnys were dealt a blow today when reliever Larry Johnston left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Johnston has suffered bone chips in his elbow and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. So far this season Johnston has worked 38.1 innings in 22 relief appearances with 0 saves. He has dished out 37 strikeouts and walked 32 with a 0-2 mark and a 6.57 ERA. |
