Spokane's Cummings Winner, PCL Best Hitter in September Wednesday, October 1st, 2036 The vote is in and Millard Cummings, the 27-year-old first baseman for Spokane, is the winner. Today he was honored with the Pacific Coast League Batter of the Month award. In September, Cummings wowed voters with a .363 average while posting up 7 home runs, 31 RBIs, 25 runs scored and a .446 on-base percentage. For the year Cummings is batting .338 with 30 home runs, 129 RBIs and 101 runs scored. |
