Colón Cops PCL Batter of the Month Honors Monday, October 1st, 2035 Juan Colón has a lot going for him. The Death Valley first baseman just broke into the majors this year and now the Pacific Coast League has just picked him as its top hitter for September. In 20 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .433 with 11 home runs, 35 RBIs and 18 runs scored. Colón is hitting .424 so far this season with 40 RBIs and 23 runs scored. He has 36 hits including 12 home runs, 11 walks and .485 OBP. |
