Bismark's Roberts to Miss Season Saturday, May 27th , 2051 Ronnie Roberts has to call it a season. The Bismark Border Guards shortstop sustained a season-ending injury against the Culver City Extras and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Roberts was injured while colliding with a player at a base. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn labrum and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. This year Roberts has 7 home runs and a .242 batting average. |
