Riggs Keeps Hit Streak Alive Tuesday, May 18th , 2055 Buffalo second baseman Rich Riggs has extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with a 1-for-3 day. However, the Everett Chargers seized the 7-5 victory over the LightSabres at LightSabre Stadium. "Disappointing," Riggs said of the outcome. Rich Riggs flied out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, was hit by a pitch in the 5th and grounded out in the 7th. To date this season, Riggs is hitting .305 with 8 home runs. |
