NL Selects Gómez August's #1 Pitcher Thursday, September 1st , 2044 Pablo Gómez of Key West had an excellent August with a 5-0 record and was selected the Pitcher of the Month in the National League. He finished the month with a 1.91 ERA while piling up 36 strikeouts in 37.2 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .241 batting average. This season Gómez has compiled a 14-4 mark with a 2.63 ERA in 21 starts. |
