Great Day for Roberts -- 5 Hits Saturday, July 11th , 2054 It was a parade of hits for Martin Roberts of the Santa Fe Diablos at Menlo Park. Connecting almost every time he went to the plate, Roberts finished the day with a total of 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His strong individual effort propelled the Diablos to a win, 23-0. "Roberts was really good and we were really bad," groaned Maniacs manager Wally Harris. "Next time he's that hot, we'll just walk him."
