Lambright Keeps Hit Streak Alive Monday, July 20th , 2054 The hitting streak for Frisco center fielder Mark Lambright now stands at 20 games, but the Rough Riders dropped today's contest 2-1 to the Gainesville Guidos. Lambright went 2-for-4 in the game. "Things went well for me personally," he said. "I got 2 hits and the streak keeps going. But we didn't win the game." Mark Lambright doubled in the 1st, was hit by a pitch in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and flied out in the 10th. This season, Lambright is batting at a .375 clip with 17 home runs and 83 RBIs. |
