5-Hit Barrage by Williams Tuesday, August 25th , 2054 Bob Williams had an answer for everything the Winnipeg Jets threw at him at Kelly/Shorts Stadium. The Wilmington left fielder went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Rebels a win, 10-1. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Williams said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Bob Williams hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Jim Quezada in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
