Herrera Slaps 5 Hits Thursday, June 14th, 2035 Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Kenosha's 9-7 win over Nantucket today, shortstop Tomás Herrera was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Ballpark of Huntington Beach. "To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Herrera said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close." Tomás Herrera tripled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, hit a three-run triple in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
